Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni

8 ozs rigatoni pasta
1 tbsp basil
50 slices reduced fat turkey pepperoni
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c reduced fat parmesan cheese
26 ozs low-fat spaghetti sauce
1/2 c onions, chopped
2 c low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375. Layer half ingredients in 13'"x 9" pan. Repeat layers. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
