Baked Spaghetti

1 pound ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cans (14 oz) tomatoes
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 can (2 oz) sliced olives, drained
2 teaspoons dried oregano
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10 oz) mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup parmesan cheeseRecipe
Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain fat. Add onion and green pepper, cook until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with half of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
