Manicotti with Ham and Cheese Stuffing

1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. chopped, cooked ham
1/2-300 gram package. chopped frozn brocholi
2 c. grated mozza cheese
8 manicotti shells
1/4 c. margerine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milkRecipe
Saute onion in margerine until tender. Add ham, drained brocholi and 1/2 of cheese. Cook manicotti until tender. Rinse. Stuff manicotti with ham mixture. Melt margerine in saucepan. Add flour, cook and stir one minute. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat. Add remaining cheese and stir til smooth. Spread 1/2 c cheese, sauce over bottom of a baking dish and arrange stuffed manicotti over sauce and pour remaining sauce over top that. Sprinkle with parmasan cheese, if desired. Bake 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. 4 servings of 2 manicotties each.
