1/2 lb rigatoni-cooked
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbls. olive oil
1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes-no substitute!
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano-I used an Italian Herb Seasoning blend
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbls. parsley
Parmesan cheeseRecipe
In saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Saute garlic for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients- except pasta and cheese. Pour over cooked rigatoni and toss with cheese to combine.
