    List of Ingredients




    1/4 c. margerine
    1 clove garlic, quartered
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 lb. ham, cut into matchsticks
    3/4 c. whipped cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. green fettucine
    8 oz. white fettucine
    1/2 c. parmasan

    Recipe



    Melt margerine in frying pan. Saute garlic until browned. Remove garlic with slotted spoon and discard. Add mushrooms in 1-2 bunches, saute until soft. Saute ham until browned adding more margerine if needed. Transfer to large saucepan to keep warm. Stir cream, and salt and pepper into frying pan, loosening all bits from bottom. Pour over mushrooms. Keep warm. Cook green and white fettucine according to package directions until tender, but firm. Drain. Add to mushroom mixture with first amount of parmasan cheese. Sprinkle with parmasan. Serves 8.
