Recipe Introduction
I want to try stuffing my 2 hour buns with this recipe.
Also maybe could try pepperoni chunks in place of the bacon for a variation.
List of Ingredients
1 lb. bacon, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
1-19 oz can tomato soup
2 cans mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. oregano
2 lbs. mozza cheese, chopped
Recipe
Fry bacon. Remove from pan and drain fat. Fry onion and pepper. Remove from pan and fry beef until crumbly. Add to the rest of ingredients. Do not reheat. Add tomato soup, mushrooms, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese. Mix together. Spoon onto buns and broil until bubbly.
