    1 package (14 ounces) Butterball® Turkey Franks, sliced
    2 cups Hunt?s® Spaghetti Sauce
    1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, (1 ounce)
    1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
    2 cups shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese, (8 ounces)
    1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the franks with the spaghetti sauce; mix well and spoon into four oven-safe bowls, small souffle dishes, or large ramekins.
    In a bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Mix well. Top frank-sauce mixture with cheese mixture then top with the mozzarella. Cover each bowl with a pizza dough square, cut to fit bowls. Prick holes in the top with a fork so the steam can escape.
    Place all four bowls on a cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes or until the tops are lightly browned and the edges are bubbling. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
    Serving Suggestions

    Serve with a light salad of spring greens tossed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, if desired.
