    Frozen Mint Chocolate Mousse

    List of Ingredients

    1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
    2/3 cup brown cow chocholate syrup mix
    3/4 tsp peppermint extract
    1 cup whipping cream, whipped (250 ml)

    Recipe

    In large bowl, combine eagle brand syrup and extract. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon equal portions into 6 or 8 individual parfait-type glasses. Freeze 3-4 hours or until firm. Garnish. Serve immediately. Return ungarnished leftovers to freezer. Makes 6-8 servings.
