    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix.
    1/2 c. whipping cream , whipped
    2 )8oz) cans crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/3 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. toasted coconut
    1/4 c. toasted , chopped peacans

    Recipe




    In small bowl, mix milk, 1/2 c. whipping cream, rum, & pudding mix. Beat at high speed until

    thick. Fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream, pineapple & banana. Poor into cooled, baked pie

    crust. Sprinkle with coconut & pecans. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
