Frozen Yogurt Pie

3/4 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup tofu
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup honey
almond extractRecipe
Combine walnuts, flour, and oil. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes, being careful not to burn. Cool.
Thoroughly drain the tofu and combine with the yogurt. Stir with a whisk until smooth. Add milk powder 1 tbsp at a time. Add honey and almond extract to taste. Mix well.
Pour into pie crust and freeze overnight. Allow to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
