List of Ingredients

Baked shortbread Crust 9" (on my site)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. rum flavor
14 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. corn syrop
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. "Whipped cream" or 1 envelope
6 marashino cherries


Recipe

Prepare pie crust. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, rum flavor together until smooth. Stir in pineapple, syrop and coconut flavor. Beat cream stiff. Fold into cheese. Mix. Turn into pie crust. Freeze. To serve, top each wedge with scoop of whipped cream and a cherry.
