Twix IceCream Pie

20 oreo cookies, finely ground
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
12 cups twix icecream from 2 (1.75 qt)pkgs, slightly softened
1/2 cup caramel topping
1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Additional caramel topping and twix candy bar pieces for garnish (optional)Recipe
Coat 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Combine cookie crumbs with buttter and sugar and press ontio bottom and upside of pan. Refrege until firm, 10 minutes. Spread 2 cups icecream over crust, drizzle with caramel topping. Freeze until firm, about 30 mintues. Scoop remaining icecream over sauce, freeze until just before serving.
When ready to serve, transfer 1 cup whip topping to pastry bag and pipe edge around pie. Drizzle caramel and candy to garnish.
