    Sausage and Peppers

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
    1 lb. Italian hot sausage
    2 lg. onions, sliced thin
    3 lg. green peppers, cut in thin rings
    Spaghetti sauce

    Recipe

    Brown whole sausages in skillet. Pierce skins as they cook. Cook until done inside. Remove from pan. Drain off grease and saute onions until golden brown, remove from pan. Saute peppers until tender.

    Slice sausage into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices. Add sausage, peppers and onions to skillet. Stir fry on medium to medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce, just enough to coat well. Heat through and serve on Italian bread.
