List of Ingredients
5 lbs. potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
pinch of pepper
2 tbsp. butter
Recipe
Mash potatoes fine after cooking. Mix remaining ingredients and add to the potatoes. Put into casserole. Dot with butter and bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 10-12 servings.
