French Fry Pie

Recipe Introduction


I mix the pie crust while the sausage is cooking.



List of Ingredients




1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 cups frozen french fries
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 1/2 t. salt
cheese 1 pie crust
6 eggs (beaten)
2 T. chopped geen pepper
1/2 t. pepper


Recipe



Add all ingedients and mix well. Pour into pie crust, and coverwith American cheese slices, or shredded cheese. Bake at 400 degees for 25-30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Makes a complete meal, or add a salad.
