    4 cups sliced potatoes
    1-500 gram bacon (12 slices)
    1 cup sliced onions
    pepper

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes in water until just tender (reserve 1 cup of potato water) Fry bacon until it sizzles, but not crisp. In a casserole dish, put a layer of potatoes, then bacon, then onions and pepper to taste. Do this until all ingredients are layered. Add the cup of potato water. Cover and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
