List of Ingredients




1 pouch onion soup mix
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. melted margerine
1 tsp. each basil and oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4-5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4"s

Recipe



In a shallow baking pan, blend recipe mix with oil, margerine and spices. Add potatoes and stir to coat thouroughly. Bake at 450 degrees for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
