2 tbs butter or margarine
1/2 cup diced celery
2 cups cooked rice
1 can (4 1/2oz) deviled ham
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Crumbled baconRecipe
Melt butter in skillet; sauté celery until tender but not brown. Add rice, deviled ham, egg, salt (if desired), and pepper. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with cheese and bacon. Place under broiler only until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
