    Almond Shrimp Salad

    1 cup cooked rice, cooled
    1 cup cooked peas, cooled
    1 cup drained shrimp (1 can)
    1 1/2 cups chopped celery
    1/4 cup chopped green onions
    1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted until lightly browned

    Sauce:
    1/4 cup veetable oil
    3 tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tbsp. soya sauce
    2 tbsp. accent
    1/2 tbsp. sugar

    Recipe



    Mix first 5 ingredients together. Blend sauce ingredients together. Add to salad ingredients. Add toasted almonds and sprinkle with chinese noodles 10 minutes before serving, mix together.
