Banana Orange Salad

List of Ingredients

1-3 oz. Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. frozen orange juice (undiluted)
1/2 c. sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. whipping cream ( or 1 envelope)


Recipe

Put gelatin and boiling water in saucepan. Stir to dissolve. Add orange juice and sugar. Heat and stir over low heat to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Mash cream cheese together with drained pineapple. Add to jelly. Add mashed banana and orange segments. Chill until syropy. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into thickened jelly. Pour into mold or serving bowl, chill.
