Caesar Salad

List of Ingredients
1 large head romaine Lettuce
1 egg coddled
3 garlic cloves
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 box croutons
1/2 cup bacon bits, or even better 6 bacon slices, fried
crisp, then crumbled
Recipe
Wash lettuce, and shake dry. Tear into bit sized pieces. Coddle or gently boil egg for 1 minute
In a blender or jar, combine egg, 2 cloves garlic, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, salt lemon juice and parmesan cheese. Mix or shake until blended.
Rub salad bowl with reamining clove of garlic. Toss lettuce, croutons, bacon bits and dressing together. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve at once.
