This is a salad, I think everyone has had. Especially good with garden fresh vegetables


List of Ingredients




3 medium cucumbers, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sourcream
1/8 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. dill weed


Recipe



Slice cucumbers very thinly into a bowl. Stir together sourcream, vinegar, and dill. Pour over cucumbers. Stir and chill.
