The longer you keep it, the better it tastes.
List of Ingredients
Drain and combine:
1-19 oz. can green beans
1-19 oz. can yellow waxed beans
1-19 oz. can red kidney beans
1-19 oz. can lima beans
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Dressing:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup white venegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. parsley flakesRecipe
Marinate for several hours or overnight all the ingredients for beans. Then stir, several times, in the following dressing.
Dressing: Combine this dressing mixture with the other mixture. Stir and serve.
