5 all beef wieners or frankfurters, cut into 1/2 inch rounds
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups finely cut celery
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ tsp. lemon juice

1. Combine ingredients, mix well, and chill. Serves 4.
