85 g. pkg. orange light jello
1 cup boiling mandarin orange juice
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
500 ml light cool whip, thawed
1 (284 ml/10 oz) cans mandarin orange segmentsRecipe
Drain orange segments, reserving one cup juice, boil reserved juice. Dissolve jello in boiling juice, cool slightly. Gradually add jello mixture to mayonnaise, mix until well blended. Chill until slightly thickened but not set. Fold in CoolWhip and orange segments. Pour into 5 cup mould, chill. Makes 6-8 servings.
