Greek Pasta Salad

1 DOLE Fresh Pineapple
8 ounces uncooked penne or corkscrew pasta
8 ounces ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup sliced red onion
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced, pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Recipe
Twist off crown from pineapple. Cut pineapple in half lengthwise. Refrigerate one half for later use. Cut remaining half in half. Core and skin fruit; cut fruit into chunks.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Cook and stir ham, onion, garlic and basil in hot oil over medium-high heat in large saucepan until onion is tender-crisp. Stir in pineapple and olives. Remove from heat; stir in pasta and feta cheese.
