Greek Salad

Recipe Introduction
This salad is delisious. Add dressing just before serving though, as it will get soggy sitting over a period of time.
Excellent with bbqed steak or ribs.
List of Ingredients
1/2 head of lettuce torn
1 red onion, sliced into rings
2 tomatoes, wedged
1/2 c. cucumbers, sliced
1/2 c. black olives
1 green pepper, cut into rings
1 c.crumbled feta cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. herb and garlic dressing
dash of oregano
Dressing:
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 garlic clove minced, or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. tarragon or oregano
Recipe
Place prepared vegies in salad bowl. Add Cheese, salt, pepper and salad dressing and toss lightly. Sprinkle with oregano and chill one hour.
Dressing:
Mix all ingredients together and toss with the salad greens.
