List of Ingredients
1-2 lb spinach or ramaine lettuce
8 oz can bean sprouts (or use fresh)
8 oz can water chestnuts (sliced)
2 hard boiled eggs
8 strips of bacon (crumbled)
Dressing:
2 tbsp. worcestershire suace
1 cup oil
1 medium onion, grated
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Whash and prepare spinach for salad. Mix with bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
Mix dressing ingredients. Do not add dressing utnil ready to use.
Garnish with sliced eggs and bacon bits.
Serves 8 with generous servings.
Dressing keeps in refrigerator. Recipe may be halved.
