Marinated Carrot Salad

6 cups carrots (2 lbs)
cauliflower buds (optional)
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
sliced celery (amount desired)
1 can tomato soup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Recipe
Cook carrots and cauliflower until tender crisp. Add green pepper, onin and celery. In mixer or blender, add tomato soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, worsecshire sauce and mustard. Marinate oeernight. Keeps well in fridge. Drain vegetables to serve.
