1 large tin saurkraut
1 1/2 cup white sugar
1 small red pepper (or grated carrot)
1 small green pepper
1 onion
1 cup celery
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
Recipe
Drain kraut. Cut onion very finely. Chip celery and peppers. Add oil, vinegar and sugar. Mix and store in fridge.
