Strawberry Fantasy Island Salad

List of Ingredients




2-3 oz. strawberry jello (donot add cold water)
1 c. boiling water
1 pint strawberries, sliced
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, mashed
1 small container sourcream
strawberries to garnish

Recipe



In mixing bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in strawberries, pineapple and banana. Chill until jelly-like consistency. In a chilled bowl, whip sourcream, until soft peaks form, about 5 minutes with mixer at highest speed. Fold sourcream into jelly . Pour mix into 2 quart jelly mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto chilled serving plate. Garnish with strawberries.
