1 can (15-1/4 oz.) DEL MONTE® Pineapple Chunks In Its Own Juice, drained
1 can (11 oz.) DEL MONTE® Mandarin Oranges, drained
1 banana, sliced
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 tsp. grated lime peel (optional)
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (optional)
1/4 cup flaked coconut or toasted sliced almonds
Recipe
Combine pineapple, oranges and banana in bowl. Blend yogurt with lime peel and lime juice.
Gently toss with fruit and sprinkle with coconut. Serve over lettuce, if desired
