    Turkey Ranch Pasta Salad

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups rotini pasta, whole wheat,uncooked
    2 cups cooked Butterball® Turkey Breast, cubed
    1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
    1 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 cup yellow squash, thinly sliced
    1 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup ranch-style dressing
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, (2 ounces)

    Recipe




    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain well. Combine pasta, turkey, vegetables and salt in large bowl. Toss with 1/2 cup salad dressing and Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least two hours.
    Before serving, toss in an additional 1/4 to 1/2 cup salad dressing if needed.
    Serving Suggestions

    Regular rotini may be substituted for the whole wheat variety, but giving up that "whole grain goodness" if you do!
