    1 cup sugar
    1/4 teas salt
    2 T cornstarch
    1 T flour
    1 1/4 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/2 cup water
    1 T butter

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in sauce pan
    cook over low heat stirring until it boils
    boil 3 minutes
    remove from heat
    mix in butter and orange rind
    serve warm
    great over smoked ham
