Easy Mushroom Sauce

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup (1 med) finely minced onion
1 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 TBLsps. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 cup sour cream
Recipe
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. You can use this for meat or poultry. Very good if you are having noodles with your meat. Mix half the mushroom sauce with noodles and leave the other half for your meat. Use 8 oz. of the fine noodles cooked and drained.
