Honey Chocolate Sauce

1 100 gram bar Cadbury's
-Bournville chocolate
40 ml honey; (2 tablespoons)
40 ml lemon juice; (2 tablespoons)
50 g unsalted butter; (2 oz)
20 ml cornflour; (1 tablespoon)
125 ml water; (1/4 pint)

Recipe



Break the chocolate into a pan, then stir in all the other ingredients
over a gentle heat until mixed together.

Bring to the boil stirring continuously and boil for a minute. Serve
immediately.
