Great tasting, and the ingredients are ones you usually have on hand.


List of Ingredients




1/2 c. soya sauce
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger, optional
little pinch of pepper

Recipe



Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade for steaks. This is very nice used as a roast marinade and then use the marinade to make the gravy.
