1 cup butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup milk
1 lemon, rind and juiceRecipe
Cream butter, icing sugar and cornstarch. Add milk. Cook over boiling water until it thickens. Heat juice and rind and add to mix. This is great on plum pudding.
