1/2 cup butter
2 cups packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup light cream
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractRecipe
Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, light cream, and peanut butter. Stir over low heat until smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Serve warm. Makes approximately 2-3/4 cups. Serve on icecream or cake.
