Spaghetti Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 to 3 pounds ground beef
1 or 2 large cans tomatoes (scrunched)
1 large and 1 small can tomato paste
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion (cut into rings)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
Accent or 1/4 cup wine
chopped parsley
1 tbsp oregano
bay leaf
2 cans mushrooms
parmesan cheeseRecipe
Fry meat until just cooked. Drain off any grease. Add all of ingredients. Spices may be increased to you taste desire. May also add 1 cup of chopped celery, if desired. Simmer slowly for 8 hours. Enjoy.
