Sundried Tomato Pesto

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, undrained
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts Recipe
1. Place all ingredients in food processor. (Do not use blender.)
2. Cover and process about 3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth.
