    Dilled Tuna Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients

    1 can (6 ounces) tuna, with juice from can
    1/4 cup sliced green onions
    1/4 cup chopped, fresh dill
    2 tablespoons chopped, fresh flat-leaf parsley
    3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons plain, low-fat yogurt
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    Salt and pepper to taste
    8 slices good-quality bread (sourdough, French, Italian or rye work well)



    Recipe

    Combine all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Spread a good amount on four slices of the bread. Top with the remaining slices.


    Serve with potato chips and iced tea.
