Peppery Philly Steaks

1 1/2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 each medium green and sweet red peppers, julienned
1 large onion, thily sliced
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. butter
5-6 french or italian sandwich rolls, split
2 cans (4 oz each) whole green chillies, drained and halved
5-6 slices swiss cheeseRecipe
In a large skillet, cook steak, peppers and onion in oil until meat reaches desired doneness and vegetables are soft. Spread butter on rolls, top with meat mixture, chillies and cheese. Wrap in heavy duty foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Makes 5-6 servings.
