    1 can of salmon (15 1/2 oz.)
    1 can celery soup
    1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 tbsp. lemon juice

    Recipe



    Remove skin and bones from salmon and flake it. Mix all the ingredients, including the salmon and liquid. Pack into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, until nicely browned. Cool loaf for about 10 minutes. Loosen from the sides of pan and turn onto a platter.
