List of Ingredients




1 large egg, beaten
1 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tbsp. butter or hard margerine, softened
2-1/2 c. mini colored marshmellows
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Medium coconut, for coating

Recipe



Mix first 7 ingredients together in bowl. It will seem dry at first but keep working it until it is all moistened. Shape into a roll. Roll in coconut. Wrap in plastic. Chill. Cut into thin slices.
