3/4 Cups Butter
1 Box German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 (14oz.) Package Caramels
1 (13oz.) Package Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Recipe



Melt Butter. Add cake mix. Mix well. Press into a 9x13 in. baking pan. Bake at 350
for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Melt caramels in milk (med. heat) until smooth
Pour caramel over cake.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over caramel.
Add nuts over top of chocolate.
Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 mins. -- until chips have melted. Let cool and then put in
refrigerator at least 2 hours. Cut in squares.
