1 19-21 1/2 oz package fudge brownie mix
1 10 oz package mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tbl butter
1 1/2 cups crispy rice cerealRecipe
Prepare the brownie mix according to package directions, using a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and the directions for chewy (not cake-like) brownies. Bake according to directions.
Sprinkle baked brownies with marshmallows and return to oven for three to five min. or till it turns golden. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Heat and stir till chocolate has melted. Remove from heat; stir in the cereal. Pour evenly over marshmallows.
Refrigerate till topping is set. Cut into bars. Serve at room temp. Makes 36 bars.
