2 small packages strawberry Jell-O
2 cups hot water
1 can drained crushed pineapple
pinch of salt
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1 can cranberry sauce
1 (8 ounces) container cool whip
1/2 cup to 1 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe



Dissolve Jell-O in water; cool. Stir in pineapple, salt, cream cheese and cranberry sauce. Fold in cool whip and pecans. Chill until set.
