2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe
1. Mound flour on a bread board and make a well in the center.
Place remaining ingredients in the well. Mix flour into liquid in
center until a dough is formed. Knead thoroughly.
2. Roll dough very thinly on a floured surface. Cut into 2-inch squares.
3. Put a spoonful of filling in center of each square. Fold so that the
corners meet in the middle. Press together with finger to seal.
Fold in half diagonally, so the squares becomes a triangle.
Seal edges. Then bring the 2 long ends of triangle together;
press firmly to seal.
4. Drop into boiling soup. Cook until the ushka float.
