Best Dressed Broccholi

5 cups broccoli florets (about 1 large bunch)
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup diced red peppers
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Recipe
Steam broccoli for 5-8 minutes until tender crisp, in covered saucepan. Meanwhile in nonstick frying pan, saute garlic and red peppers in butter. Add parsley, salt and pepper. Toss butter mixture and broccoli in a bowl and serve immediately.
